1. Validate the system after the I/O on the flow layout is completed so that bound points willl be shown in MSEA binder.
2. Sort points by bound status so that all unbound points are shown together and add any missing flow I/O.
3. Sort points by point type, add appropriate AV, AO’s to setpoint container
4. Add BO, BV, MS* points to command container
5. Validate
6. Place remaining appropriate unbound points in miscellaneous container
7. Check programming, energy, and schedule folders for extra system points to be placed.
8. Validate to confirm all points covered and no errors.
